Fixed draw?

Do you think the Champions League draw is fixed? The big teams often avoid each other and there have been rumours for years now. Turkish former referee Ahmet Çakar claims the draw is fixed by vibrating balls. They could also use heated balls, there are ways to do it.

    I don't understand, draw as for 1-1?

Could backfire on them if they do. Working on the theory that they want a Barca v Real final, they could end up with a Borussia v Bayern final. With all due respect to the two German sides I don't think it would be a final too many would want. It might be a risky tactic at this stage.
A lot of people would have liked to see a Man Utd v Barca / Real final but they met at an earlier stage. Possibly less interesting from a neutrals point of view if you have two teams from the same league in the final?
What makes you think they are fixing and for what purpose?
